If you choose to cancel your subscription, no refunds will be issued for any remaining subscription period.

Zomani is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Apex Cloud Technologies or its affiliates, agents, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of Zomani.
Apex Cloud Technologies shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with any technical difficulties, errors, interruptions, or other issues that may arise while using Zomani.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Apex Cloud Technology and its affiliates, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of Zomani.
You agree to cooperate with Apex Cloud Technology in the defense of any such claim.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using Zomani.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
